产品描述

本制品为即用型 Accurate Taq HS enzyme PCR 反应 2 倍浓度的预混液。进行 PCR 反应时，只需向预混液中加入模板和引物即可进行扩增。这种预混液方案操作简便，可最大限度的减少人为误差，在较短时间内即可获得检测结果。其中 Accurate Taq enzyme 体系中添加了 Taq 单克隆抗体，可以进行 Hot Start PCR。反应开始前抗体会与 Taq 酶结合并抑制其活性，从而可以抑制低温条件下引物非特异性退火或者引物二聚体引起的非特异性扩增。当 PCR 反应开始后，抗体会在最初的 DNA 变性步骤中失活，因此在常规 PCR 反应条件下即可使用。使用本品得到的 PCR 产物 3’ 端带有一个 A 碱基，可直接克隆于 T 载体。
